Project Background
In a peaceful courtyard in Cyprus, the unique shape of the trees and the pattern of the walls reveal a quiet, natural and peaceful atmosphere. The owner of the courtyard had always dreamed of bringing more comfortable light to the land he loved so much. However, the traditional electricity supply was unstable and expensive, so he began to look for a more sustainable and environmentally friendly lighting solution.
Program requirements
1. Appropriate brightness to meet the lighting brightness needs of different scenes.
2. The design of the lamps matches the surrounding environment.
3. Visualize the working status of the lamps.
4. Comply with outdoor lighting standards.
5. Simple installation, no need for complex installation and maintenance management.
The Solution
The owner approached our partner in Cyprus, who recommended the resky ARGES series of solar streetlights, model SSL-06M, as an outdoor luminaire compliant luminaire with not only elegant design, but also comprehensive functionality.
With 3000 lumens, the SSL-06M solar street light is well suited to meet the lighting needs of your yard. It can be easily mounted either on a wall or on a pole, providing extreme flexibility.
More uniquely, the SSL-06M solar street light is equipped with a PIR function, which automatically turns to 100% high brightness when human activity is sensed. It not only meets the lighting needs, but also provides better energy saving thus increasing the duration.
SSL-06M has three lighting modes to meet the needs of different time periods, for example: M1 mode to maintain 600 lumens of light, when the human body is sensed to be transported to the light fixtures automatically become 3000 lumens; M2 mode for the first 5 hours of 2000 lumens of brightness, the next 5 hours of 500 lumens of brightness, when the human body is sensed to be the movement of the light fixtures, automatically become 3000 lumens; M3 mode M3 mode provides 1400 lumens for the whole night.
What's more, each mode has a unique indicator color: M1 is red, M2 is green, and M3 is orange. In this way, the current mode can be seen at a glance, no matter in which corner.
In addition, in order to facilitate users to understand the power status of the lamp, SSL-06M is equipped with a capacity indicator. Green color represents sufficient power (≥70%), orange color indicates moderate power (30%~70%), while red color warns of low power (<30%). In this way, users don't need to worry about a sudden light out interrupting a good night.
In addition, SSL-06M solar street light is a solar-powered luminaire, which is easy and convenient to install. Depending on the needs of the owner, the SSL-06M can be mounted on the walls around the house and on the poles in the yard's activity areas. Depending on the installation location, the appropriate lighting mode can be selected, which not only meets the lighting needs, but also saves energy.
Project Summary
After the completion of the installation, the whole courtyard is revitalized at night. The light is soft and warm, which not only illuminates the courtyard, but also does not affect the owner's night rest.
