This is our lighting project in one of the factories in Malaysia, using Basalt series solar street light, model number SSL-912.This is an ultra-thin explosion-proof series of street light.

Project Background
In the area of a factory in Malaysia and the nearby roads, due to the lack of brightness of the original lighting equipment, resulting in the existence of blind spots in some areas, affecting the safety of factory workers traveling. Traditional lighting equipment requires the laying of cables, which is not only costly to install and consumes a lot of electricity, but also difficult to maintain later. Therefore, the management has been looking for a more efficient and environmentally friendly lighting solution to improve the lighting environment of the factory.
Program requirements
1. Brightness must be able to meet the lighting needs of the factory area to ensure that workers can see the surrounding environment.
2. Energy efficient and environmentally friendly to reduce energy consumption and lower operating costs.
3. Lamps are highly reliable and have a long service life to avoid the inconvenience and extra cost of frequent replacement and maintenance.
4. Meet the standards of outdoor lamps and lanterns, can work properly in the complex outdoor environment.
5. Luminaires need to be easy to install and maintain, in order to reduce labor costs and time costs.
The Solution
After learning about the advantages of sresky's Basalt Ultra Slim series of solar street lights, the factory management decided to choose the Basalt Ultra Slim series, model number SSL-912. This series of streetlights utilizes an advanced optical design that provides a high level of brightness and a wide range of illumination. This model has a brightness of up to 12,000 lumens and is energy efficient, easy to install and easy to maintain.
SSL-912 is an integrated aluminum frame with uniform stress, super anti-fracture ability, can be used normally in harsh environment. In addition, the light mode is 100% (12,000 lumens) brightness for the first 5 hours, then 20% brightness until dawn, which not only fully meets the lighting brightness requirements, but also saves energy and increases the duration.
SSL-912 solar street light, as a dedicated outdoor lighting fixture, meets all the requirements of outdoor lighting. In addition, SSL-912 luminaire components are made of high-quality materials, and the system is self-developed and high-quality system, so the service life is longer, which can reduce the trouble of frequent replacement of lamps and reduce the replacement cost.
During the installation process, the factory made a reasonable layout according to the actual lighting requirements. The luminaires are installed on the trunks of the wires in the factory area as well as on the nearby roadsides to ensure sufficient lighting coverage. Since this series of street lights do not require the laying of cables and the luminaires on the nearby roads are installed directly on the poles, the installation cost is greatly reduced. In addition, the use of solar streetlights also reduces energy loss during power transmission.
